The Admin and Document Controller

Adina works at the Pertamina HSE Training Center in Indonesia, where she supports energy sector training as an Admin and Document Controller. 

Her role focuses on managing systems, processes and documentation that underpin safe and effective operations. By ensuring records are accurate, complete and up to date, she helps maintain the standards required for safety-critical work.

With over five years of experience in the sector, Adina has developed a strong understanding of how assurance systems operate in practice. Her work supports OPITO-aligned training, where attention to detail and consistency are essential. This means risks can be identified early and managed before work takes place on site or offshore.

Her experience highlights the importance of roles that sit behind the scenes. She understands how small details, such as missing documents or unclear processes, can have wider impacts on safety and performance. This perspective has shaped her approach, focusing on accuracy, accountability and responsibility.
