Adina wants to show young people that the energy sector isn’t only shaped by those in the field, but also by the quiet, meticulous work behind the scenes, using her experience in training and document control to highlight how strong systems protect lives long before operations begin. 

With her deep understanding of assurance processes and her lived experience of growing into confidence while doing work that often goes unseen, she can make energy careers feel inclusive, meaningful and open to those whose strengths lie in precision, responsibility and care for safety.
