- Create data pipelines that move information from wind turbines, batteries and energy markets
- Connect to systems like SCADA, weather feeds and market platforms
- Clean, organise and combine data so teams can use it in dashboards and tools
Why this job matters
Energy companies rely on accurate, up-to-date information to make decisions. Data engineers make sure the right data gets to the right people at the right time. Without them, control rooms and analysts wouldn’t be able to respond quickly or manage clean energy efficiently.
