Technical Sales Engineer
As a Technical Sales Engineer in the energy industry, you’ll combine technical knowledge and sales skills to highlight, to other companies, the benefits of hiring your organisation to provide specialised products and services. You’ll work with designers and engineers in your company to understand the technical details of your offerings, such as hydrogen energy production, and use that knowledge to design proposals and promote your company as a supplier.
Technical Sales Engineers are usually office based. It’s likely you would travel to visit clients and potential clients at their sites and you would probably also travel to national and international conferences to keep up to date with the industry and promote your company.
