Maintenance Supervisor

As a Maintenance Supervisor in the energy industry, you’ll help make sure that the equipment and systems used to produce energy and run the production facilities are kept in good working order. You’ll be in charge of the plan for ongoing Maintenance Maintenance means the ongoing checks, tests, repairs and inspections carried out on equipment and machinery to make sure it stays in good working order. as well as identifying new jobs to be done, assigning work to the maintenance technicians and getting them the resources they need to carry out the job. 

Maintenance Supervisors might work in an onshore or offshore production facility, either directly for an energy producer or for a specialist contractor.

Whether you’re consulting technical drawings to find the best way to fix a fault or making sure equipment inspections are up to date, as a Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll be ensuring safe and effective energy production.
