Sourcing the energy mix of the future is going to need…

Hydrogen Plant Operator

As a Hydrogen Plant Operator in the energy industry, you would help manage the day-to-day operations of a hydrogen production facility. You would use the computerised and mechanical control systems to start, manage and shut down hydrogen production, as well as performing maintenance on the equipment and ensuring the required amount of energy was produced.

Hydrogen Plan Operators work at onshore hydrogen production facilities and you may have to work in shifts that include early starts or late finishes.

Whether you’re studying technical drawings to identify how to solve any problems with the machinery or ensuring the safe start up and shut down of production, as a Hydrogen Plant Operator, you’ll be helping to meet the world’s energy needs with a zero carbon fuel.
