Is this the right role for you?

Sourcing the energy mix of the future is going to need…

Construction Supervisor

As a Construction Supervisor in the energy industry, you could help bring new energy production facilities to life. You’ll take plans drawn up by architects and help to project manage the entire construction process, preparing detailed plans, organising people and resources and making sure the whole operation prioritises safety and quality.

Construction Supervisors might work in an onshore yard or construction site and can also work offshore on large installations like oil rigs and platforms. You might work directly for a drilling or engineering company in the energy industry, or for a service company or specialist contractor who companies hire to work on specific projects.

Whether you’re leading and training a team of tradespeople or carrying out quality inspections, as a Construction Supervisor, you’ll be helping to create and maintain the infrastructure we rely on for safe and effective energy production.
